Chinacoat 2021
Cardolite will be promoting products for epoxy and polyurethane coatings at Chinacoat in Shanghai on Nov. 16-18. At this year’s show, our team will be introducing new waterborne and solvent-free curing agents for epoxy anticorrosion and floor coatings. Moreover, our technical team will be available to discuss how our resins and diluents can enhance performance of your coatings while lowering VOCs. In addition to our broad offering for epoxy coatings, we will also feature more details about the performance benefits of our polyols, surfactants and NCO blocking agents for polyurethane DTM, flooring and anticorrosion coatings. Please stop by booth E4.B41 to meet the Cardolite team and learn more about our renewable products.
Technical seminar – new products for coatings:
Cardolite is scheduled to present on Nov. 17, 2021, at 3:30 pm in meeting room E4 – M25. Our talk is titled: “Novel Bio-based Solvent-free Products Used in High-performance Epoxy and Polyurethane Coating Systems for Protective and Floor Coating Applications.”
Abstract:
Cardolite has developed several new bio-based and low viscosity product lines to target ultra-low or zero VOC formulations for high-performance epoxy and polyurethane coatings. CNSL-based solvent-free epoxy curing agents can provide fast cure and good recoat properties even at high moisture environments; bio-based solvent-free polyols can deliver good mechanical properties, water and chemical resistance, and excellent adhesions. This talk will present the latest performance data of new bio-based products in protective and floor coating applications.

Moreover, our technical team will be available at the booth to answer questions on any of our product lines. Cardolite offers curing agents (Phenalkamines, Phenalkamides, and polyamides), and diluents for epoxy coatings. Cardolite also supplies polyols, diluents, surfactants, and NCO blocking agents for polyurethane coatings. Furthermore, our high bio-content CNSL specialty monomers are excellent building blocks for various polymers.
